We went to the Angel's game and had a blast. They played the Toronto Blue Jays. It was free hat night, also 80's night, so it was a lot of fun. We sat on the 1st base side, which was neat because we got a different perspective on the field since last time we sat on the 3rd base side. Plus, it was prime foul ball territory. There were 3 home runs, which meant fireworks each time.
There were beach balls being hit around the stadium, and there was a Blue Jays fan (see above photo) a few rows in front of us. He got one of the balls and hit it straight onto the field. Everyone booed him because they had to stop the game, plus it was a jerk thing to do. He stood up and bowed and made a fool of himself. People started throwing food at him, peanuts, popcorn, etc. He didn't seem to mind that much until some guy threw a mostly empty, but still wet, drink at him. Then security had to come, the drunk guy who threw the drink had to be escorted away, and that was the end of it. Overall, it was an exciting game and we had a great time.
